Bodyweight Fitness Guide
This exciting new program will take you step-by-step through how to lean out and build muscle through bodyweight training. This program essentially takes you through a full sports season in 4 weeks. Starting with stabilization (rehab) exercises, followed by strength training, and finishing with explosive movements.
